SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT GRIEVANCE ARBITRATION, Title 38 Nursing Proficiencies and NPSB actions

AFGE Local 507 is proud to inform our bargaining unit employees of the settlement from the grievance arbitration. After invoking Arbitration for our West Palm Beach Title 38 Nurses, the agency proposed and AFGE agreed to a settlement agreement for Nursing Proficiencies and Nurse Professional Standard Board actions. ALL overdue proficiencies which have not been provided to nurses will default to an Outstanding rating for Title 38 nurses for each year deficient. This means IF you have not received a proficiency at all, then this applies to you. The agency completion date of all overdue proficiencies is November 30, 2022. Please contact AFGE immediately by pay period 25 if you have not seen or heard of your completed proficiencies. If you continue to have delayed board actions, please contact AFGE immediately.
