Title 38 AFGE-VA Settlement Agreement

                                 Caregivers and Veterans Omnibus Health Service Act of 2010

The American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)  (collectively, the Parties) hereby agree to settle all disputes arising out of AFGE’s National Grievance  (Grievance) dated October 10, 2012, concerning VA’s payment of premium pay, specifically night  differential, weekend, and overtime pay under 38 U.S.C. § 7453 authority pursuant to changes under Public  Law 111-163, to eligible AFGE bargaining unit employee (BUEs).
